Food pairing
With its bright acidity and mineral character, Bee Pollen pairs beautifully with seafood and aromatic vegetables such as fennel and celery. It complements dishes like grilled scallops with beurre blanc, balancing the sweetness of caramelized vegetables. Also ideal as a non-alcoholic aperitif.

Tasting notes
Colour: Straw yellow with fine mousse.
Nose: Fresh citrus notes of ripe Amalfi lemon, delicate white blossoms, and subtle bee pollen nuances.
Palate: Light and elegant with balanced acidity. Clean mineral notes of straw and honey, without perceptible sweetness.
