Refund & Return Policy – København Kombucha

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and how returns and refunds work when you shop with København Kombucha. These rules apply to consumers only.


1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods.

2. Our Extended Return Policy

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, opened beverages cannot be returned.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


6. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item (or proof that it has been sent), we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund

Original delivery costs will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
