This item contains 1x 750ML bottles of our new shelf stable product without any alcohol (0,00% VOL) of the variant Bee Pollen. This variant is infused with Bee Pollen which is carefully cultivated and selected from our partner and expert in Northern Denmark. It is a bit drier than the other 2 variants and is one the fine dining favourites.

Pairing
With its bright acidity and mineral notes, Bee Pollen is the ideal companion for seafood and aromatic vegetables like fennel and celery. Imagine seafood, such as grilled scallops, paired with a Beurre Blanc sauce infused with Bee Pollen. The Bee Pollen perfectly balances the sweetness of caramelized fennel or celery. All our variants also work well as apéritif.

Tasting notes
Color: Straw yellow with beautiful mousse
Nose: Light acidity with lovely citrus nuances of ripe Amalfi lemons—without the sharp overly fresh lemon punch. Subtle notes of Bee Pollen with hints of white Mirabelle blossoms that bring liveliness to the nose.
Palette: Light, elegant body, with refreshing and balanced acidity. Mineral notes of straw and honey without the sweetness.
This bottle is closed with a cork and agraffe.
Just like champagne the ideal serving temperature is 8°C.
